Refund Policy

At ShrishtiBoutique.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure that you receive only the best.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement under the following terms.

Return - We offer return within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return.

 

All approved exchange and replacement will be completed and delivered within 15 business days

1. Eligibility for Refund

If you have received a damaged product or wrong item, kindly WhatsApp us at 8590185120 with a proper unboxing video.

We will:

  •  Replace the product at the earliest, or
  • Provide a store gift card if preferred

At Shrishti , every product is carefully quality-checked and verified before dispatch. However, in rare cases, manual errors may occur — and we are here to resolve them quickly.

Important Notes:

  • Most of our sarees are color-dyed, so slight color bleed is normal. A gentle wash is recommended
  • Due to this, returns/exchanges are not applicable for color bleed issues
  • The product must be shipped back by the customer (currently, reverse pickup is not available)
  • Cash refunds are not provided — only exchange or store credit will be issued

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The product is returned without informing us.

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting differences.

  • Custom-made, stitched, or sale items.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@shrishtiboutique.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
